Early in my sobriety journey, I discovered the importance of effective goal setting, proper nutrition planning, and mindful movement. These foundations have become the cornerstone of my highly personalized coaching method. As your coach, I will give you the tools, knowledge, and support you need to achieve successful sobriety and the healthy lifestyle you deserve.

My Story

On January 1st 2019 I made one of the most important decisions of my life and I dove headfirst into my recovery. I faced my demons and discovered my truths simultaneously and honestly. 

 

After completing my twelve steps, I understood almost immediately that I’d need a more hybrid and adaptable approach to continuing my sobriety journey long term. I discovered sober social media and found many virtual spaces for community and fellowship. I became committed to recovering out loud, and sharing my sobriety journey openly. 

 

A little over two years in recovery, and many many hours of service facilitating meetings in sober and sober-curious spaces, door after door began opening for me. I rediscovered my passion for coaching and took on opportunities to help others. I came to understand the powerful impact that nutrition and movement have on recovery and sobriety, and soon realized that THIS is where I was always meant to be. 

 

My coaching philosophy is rooted in evidence based nutrition science and research proven physical movement routines. I educate my clients and empower them in creating sustainable and unique wellness routines that support recovery and sobriety. My intention as a coach is to inspire you to live a beautiful and enjoyable Recovered Life.
